Conversations

By default your chat stays in this browser tab and is not stored on our servers. If you turn on "Save conversation", messages are kept for up to 30 days, then deleted automatically.

Messages and relevant approved source excerpts are processed by OpenAI to generate answers. We don't ask for and you shouldn't share Social Security numbers, account numbers, dates of birth or financial documents. Messages that appear to contain them are blocked and not saved.

Contact requests

We only collect contact details when you explicitly check the consent box. Contact requests are kept for up to 180 days unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
